Submission Guidelines

Abstract Length: 250-500 words

Format: Plain text (see form)

Submission Deadline: September 1, 2026, 23:59 (Paris time)

Your submission should include:

  • Title of the paper
  • Author names and affiliations
  • Introduction and motivation
  • Methods or approach
  • Key findings or expected results
  • Significance and impact
  • Number of words in main text
  • Up to 5 relevant keywords

Peer Review

All submissions will be reviewed by at least two members of the organizing committee.
